Buying a recreational fishing right in the mediation of a mobile operator (for clients of EMT, Elisa and TELE2 or pre-paid phone cards)

It is possible to buy a recreational fishing right with the mediation of a mobile operator for clients of EMT, Elisa and TELE2 by using the service number 1312.

In order to buy a fishing right using a mobile phone, dial the number 1312*type*personal ID code, where:

• "type" is the type of fishing right (code) that can be found from the respective column of the table of fishing right types and prices.
• "personal ID code" is the personal ID code of the person for whom the ID-ticket is bought. In case of foreign citizens the date of birth should be entered in the form of 0AAKKPP0000 – similar to the Estonian personal ID-code, but only the date of birth is used, other properties are “0”- (zeros).
  
  For example, if the date of birth is 29 June 1982, the personal identification code in the form of 08206290000 should be entered in case of the foreign citizen, where 82 denotes the year, 06 the month and 29 the date.
